1 wrz 2017 · Closing the current window always fixes the problem temporarily, but it then eventually comes back. Perhaps it's a symptom of keeping Chrome continuously open for longer then it should be! I have startup set to 'continue where you left off' so all my taps reopen when I reopen Chrome.

I am having a frustrating issue where Chrome (in this case the Chrome based Epic Privacy Browser) is stuck in Always On Top mode on Windows 10. This means that you can't use Alt & Tab to switch between windows from Chrome / Epic and you have to minimise it first to change to a new Window.
