I write picture books, board books, poetry and middle grade fiction, teach adult “Writing for Children” classes and coach writers of all ages to help them tell their stories. I also visit schools, celebrating Young Writers and facilitating Writing Workshops.
We work with of all types of children’s books, including picture books, fiction, non-fiction & poetry. We offer detailed manuscript assessments – by email or post, via our dedicated telephone advice line, or at face-to-face editorial meetings. We also offer a home study course and writers’ workshops.
Kidlit Academy is our monthly coaching program with award-winning author, Brooke Van Sickle. Each month, you'll be able to send your story for professional review, get a new editing lesson to help you improve as a writer, and connect with your fellow writers for peer critiques.
