We offer creative writing programs for young writers and adults that inspire innovation, build critical thinking, enhance education, and entertain readers and writers of all ages. We would love to come to your school, library, or community group!
I write picture books, board books, poetry and middle grade fiction, teach adult “Writing for Children” classes and coach writers of all ages to help them tell their stories. I also visit schools, celebrating Young Writers and facilitating Writing Workshops.

We are dedicated to providing an open, friendly group to encourage your writing in whatever form it may take, as well as providing critiques for anything you would like to share, and writing voluntary monthly prompt responses as both writing exercises and to possibly spark new ideas.
We offer Adult Workshops and Visiting Author Sessions for schools, libraries, nonprofits, businesses, and community groups. These programs can be held at your location or our multipurpose space (Thurber Center, 91 Jefferson Avenue).
