29 sie 2024 · And thanks to contaminated 5.3L V8 engine blocks, GM was forced to create Customer Satisfaction Program N242455301. Certain 2024 Silverado 1500, Suburban, Tahoe, Sierra 1500, Yukon and Yukon XL vehicles with the 5.3L (RPO L84) were built with contaminated engine blocks. Because of this, GM issued a Stop Delivery order to dealers back on June 13.
10 lis 2012 · Turn the key on. Dash lights come on. Turn to Start = nothing (no crank)! Try 5 or 6 times and maybe it'll start. Runs fine after that...but it's a crapshoot if it'll start again. May go weeks before this happens again. Replaced: battery, Engine Control Module (programmed by Dealer), Starter Relay.
31 paź 2020 · Hi all, long time lurker but first time posting. I have a 2016 Tahoe LTZ that has a new issue that happened tonight. The wife and I had an appt about 7 miles from our house. On the way to it everything was fine, however on the way home about halfway I heard the fans kick on. Did think anything was wrong just the fans running.

9 mar 2023 · Since so many of us own at least one Tahoe or Yukon equipped with a 6L80, I figured I'd start an all-encompassing transmission thread with videos, links and other information as it relates to the 6L80/90 transmissions. I'll get it going with a tear down and inspection video and go from there.
30 cze 2010 · 2015 Tahoe LT 185K, dry Texas climate, no rust whatsoever. Strong fuel smell on driver's side as well as inside the cabin when driving. No smell under hood or inside gas cap compartment. Slow start after sitting overnight. No codes. no visible leaks. Replaced Vapor Canister Vent Valve (GM 23481275) but did not resolve smell. Any suggestions?

22 mar 2024 · Hey guys new to the group. Just bought a 2021 Tahoe 5.3 Z71 a few months ago. Battery Died overnight. After jumped the transmission shifts rough at times and won’t swift into reverse. Taking to dealership on Monday but anybody have any ideas?
