Scid vs PC it's the best free tool for manage chess data bases. It's updated fecuently. But if you can go for ChessBase Steam version (only program, not database) it's US$60 now.

The TL;DR, while there are some great tools for analysis / finding games out there, I felt a need for a free, open-source, comprehensive search of top-rated games.
4 sie 2021 · When I got back into Chess a year or two back I couldn't find a decent free regularly updated database of Chess games. There are some good ones out there like Kingbase and Millionbase (not updated anymore).
