Syzygy Tablebases. ChessBase supports a relatively new endgame database format, the Syzygy Endgame Tablebases. Older versions only supported the Nalimov Endgame Tablebases, which are still supported in this version. The new format was designed by Ronald de Man from Holland.
29 cze 2023 · Interesting points: The longest sequence so far is 584 moves to win. In the 7-piece tablebase, the longest sequence is 549 moves, so it is surprising that the 8-piece tablebase is not too much longer.

In ChessBase you can manage your opening repertoire in two databases, one for White and one for Black. You can create the repertoire databases at any time by selecting Report -> Create Repertoire in the database window and accessing a database with your own games.
