16 sty 2023 · The food at this restaurant is phenomenal. They have 3 discrete menus, a Chinese American, authentic Chinese, and Szechuan, the choices were almost endless. We started with cold chicken in a spicy sesame sauce, crisp pickled cucumbers, and pumpkin pancakes. Entrees were mixed seafood, spicy lamb, and dry fried beef. Everything was perfect.

19 gru 2023 · Go for the minced pork-loaded dan dan noodles and crispy cucumbers with a garlicky dressing that you’ll go crazy trying to replicate at home. Also good are the fragrant Xinjiang-style cumin beef with onions and red peppers and a side of Chinese eggplant in garlic sauce.
