Cheerleading levels indicate the complexity of skills in routines. Here’s a quick overview of what to expect at each level: Level 1 (L1) Tumbling: Basic rolls, cartwheels, and round-offs. Stunts: Two-legged stunts at prep level. Baskets: Straight ride baskets (basic). Pyramids: Simple structures at prep level. Level 2 (L2)
Novice Cheer is an amended version of Level 1 and is offered as an option for beginner Cheer teams. The time limit for Novice Cheer routines is the same as elite levels 1-7: 2:30 minutes. Dif!culty Score for Stunts, Stunt Quantity, Standing Tumbling, Running Tumbling & Pyramids is capped.
