They tell you the class of tickets is sold out (when the airline website clearly has tons available) and try to charge you more. Then you get your tickets and they’re the same class you originally requested, but they scammed you into paying more.

90% of the posts in this forum are complaints about “cheap” airfare companies. If you want to take the chance then go ahead, but don’t look for support from the regulars here.
Travelocity is owned by expedia and their bundle/package deals are sometimes pretty good. At least they are more reputable than other OTAs. Sometimes airlines have bundle offers for airfare and hotel, or airfare, hotel and rental car, that are less expensive than the airfare alone.
Does anyone have any recent reviews for booking with Travelocity? Any problems, complaints, compliments. This will be our first time booking a trip to Cancun with them and want to make sure they stand behind their product.
