Spectrum app is horrible. Currently I am trying to watch tv on my apple 4k and my roku (i think it is) and I cannot change the channel. I pull up the guide and I cannot move it on either, no up/down/left/right nothing. Exit out of app and try different app like paramount+ or HBO and it works fine. Been doing this since this am. Any Ideas? Share.

The SpectrumTV app works great on my Apple mobile devices (iPhone and iPad). Unfortunately, it is very buggy on AppleTV 4K. Why it works on iOS and not TvOS is a mystery.
15 kwi 2023 · We can watch via the Spectrum app from our iPads without issue so the issue is the Apple TV & Spectrum app combination. I have deleted the Spectrum app, reinstalled, no fix. I have restarted Spectrum internet as well as the Apple TV device - no fix. Unplugged both - no resolution.

The Spectrum TV App is currently supported on Android phones and tablets (Android 5.0 Lollipop or higher), Apple iOS (13+ and better), Roku (3rd Gen +), Xbox One, AppleTV (4th Generation or 4K) and Samsung Smart TV’s (2012 or newer)
You can stream Spectrum TV with an unlimited number of devices as long as you are connected to your Spectrum home internet. I would recommend the Roku Streaming Stick or the Roku Ultra. Both Roku players deliver high quality streaming.
