11 lut 2021 · I have a Roku Streaming Stick model 3500X which until 3 days ago, Feb 9, 2021, was streaming Spectrum channels, Then a reference code RLP_999 appeared on the screen when I try and watch one of the Spectrum channels. The Spectrum app still loads with the channels, but it won't play.

30 sie 2021 · I'm currently having issues with the spectrum app. I watched it this morning and everything was fine. Now, the guide how's up, I can click on what I want but then I get error RLP-999 code. I have unplugged/plugged Roku and then checked for any updates in settings. Any other suggestions?

7 sie 2023 · RLP-999 is a connectivity error. Since you already tried restarting the router, please also restart the modem on the account. If the error continues, then please restart the Roku from the settings menu.
App won’t work; shows RLP-999 & RVP-999 on Roku TV. Our spectrum app on our Roku tv has stopped working. We have reset the Wi-Fi and router, reset the tv, updated the app, power cycled all hardware, etc but still cannot get it to work. Any advice?
