27 kwi 2020 · Open Mail app and click on the Gear icon at the bottom left. Now click on Manage accounts under Settings. Select any one secondary Email account from the list. Click on Change mailbox sync settings. Change the name under Send your messages using this name to the correct account holder.

7 kwi 2020 · I am using Windows 10 mail app with all my gmail accounts, to keep them in one place. It works great but the one thing I don't like is it uses my name as the sender (along with the email address). I want to be able to specify what name it shows for each account.
14 paź 2023 · If you want to modify the sender name, you must make changes in the People (Contacts) section. You can add or edit the contact and change the first and last name or add another name according to your preference.
You can change your name on the Account Settings screen. To change the name that displays when you send email, update the Your name field. Unless you specifically need to change any of the other fields, you can leave the default values in place.
