31 paź 2019 · I have tried changing the display name in G-mail, changing the name in Mail under account sync settings, changing the microsoft account name, removing and adding the accounts again, checking for an auto-created contact of that name/e-mail combination, etc.

7 kwi 2020 · I am using Windows 10 mail app with all my gmail accounts, to keep them in one place. It works great but the one thing I don't like is it uses my name as the sender (along with the email address). I want to be able to specify what name it shows for each account.
If you are trying to change the display name on the Mail app in Windows 10, then the first thing you should try doing is adjusting the mailbox sync settings. If the name you want to display is not entered in the app’s sync settings, you will not be able to change it.
