20 paź 2020 · Or stick with CentOS 7 and wait for 3-6 months until CentOS 8.3 is out. RHEL 8.3 is still in beta, so I expect CentOS 8.3 to come out within 2021. Of course, if you are a redhat client, you can use your support contract to get them to backport the fixed nftables for 8.2 --
ubuntu/centos的跟Arch系的区别在于, u和c是集成式, 很多你需要或者不需要的都集成在发行版里面了, 正交性不太好, 所以你常常需要去网上搜人家的各种命令写法, 出现问题也不大容易定位, 就算你搜到了正确的解决方案, 大部分情况下你还是云里雾里, 知其然而不知其所以然.
29 sie 2018 · Folks, Thanks everyone for the help. I kept playing around with it, and once I set the boot mode to Legacy with Secure Boot: Off, then both my physical drives enumerated as valid 'Installation Destinations' during the CentOS installation sequence.

27 mar 2012 · What I think is that your CD/DVD drive is attached to a controller that CentOS 8 has no driver for. So it boots using the BIOS code to access it, loads the kernel and initramfs using BIOS calls then switches to using the kernel drivers for disk/cd access and, bam!, no CD/DVD there any more as it has no driver for it and that's when you get the dracut-initqueue messages.

centOS9只支持到2024年。8就更不用说了。简单说，centos已经不再是一个适合企业需要长期稳定情况下的选择。 你要三年支持的，也就是2025年依然还有支持。至少也得用ubuntu2204。或者debian11也行。 opensuse应该有企业版可以长期支持。 当然也可以用rhel，要出钱。
