26 kwi 2011 · If you only want to specify a measurement in centimeters but do not want to change the display for all measurements, type the value followed by cm. Word will convert the value to whatever the display units are. For example, typing 2.54cm in the row height input box will change the row to that value and show .98" in the input box on my computer.
