Cemu Settings. Open the Cemu main menu. Click Options -> General settings on the top bar. Navigate to the Graphics tab. Change the "Graphics API" to Vulkan if it is not already. If this doesn't appear, or you have problems using Vulkan, read the OpenGL Optimization Guide.

im running a 5950X and have not notice any huge performance issues with win 11. but i am also waiting for the patches as well.
Open Cemu. On the top bar, go to File, then Install game title, update or DLC. If using Dumpling, navigate to the /dumpling folder on the root of your SD card, otherwise navigate to your dumping tool's directory for games. Open the relevant folder corresponding to what you want to install.
