You need to have maps favorited or they all get converted to currency. You can unallocate it if you don't want sustain a single map, but if you only want 1 map then you need to mark it in your favorites. Either your filter is hiding them or you have too many voidstones socketed.
Hallowed Ground is a unique Cemetery Map. The map uses the Crypt tile set. [1] . A stretch of empty rooms separated by short corridors leads to a central area with the main boss, Maker of Mires. It is immune to damage until the other four occupants of the map are eliminated.
Map tiers don't just go up over time, you have to get and socket in your voidstones. Once you have all four, all maps will be t16. For the Searching Exarch and the Eater of Worlds you need to progress their quests lines until you get their quest invitations.
I'm relatively new and I used someone's guide for Bestiary where they outlined which quests to do and stuff. After I was already well through mapping I went back and realized I had missed a few skill points because those quests weren't on this guys list.
