My friend had a celebrity home built in 2012 and the foundation started sinking and cracked and Celebrity denied his warranty claim. He had to fix it out of pocket and then sold it for a loss. Whatever your deposit was, I’d consider it a learning lesson and try to move on.
Celebrity Homes (C.H.) has not completely fixed a warranty issue with my home and my warranty will expire in less than 30 days. I bought my house on March 16, 2023.
