This company is a scam. They embed their flow in other company websites offering free shipping. You are charged 2 dollars but where's the free shipping? I called them and was told I cancelled the account already and the $2.00 was for enrollment. The person on the phone sounded really unhappy.
The scammers send bogus messages by email or text. The message might say that you missed a delivery attempt and ask you to click on a link to re-schedule the delivery. Or it could say that your item is ready to ship but you need to update your shipping preferences.
