The PGP must be completed online by October 31, 2019, in order to be eligible for accrual of CUs for the 2019-2020 school year. CCSD educators/licensed professionals hired after October 4, 2019, must complete and submit a signed PGP within four weeks of the first day of employment.
This guide provides the established CU values and parameters for professional development activities that educators/licensed professionals may use as part of their PGP. Most professional development activities require a Contact Unit Verification Form (CCF-PGS2).
Guide to Professional Learning Hours (Updated 8/28/23) Provides the information, resources, professional learning activity categories, and respective hourly maximums to accrue for movement from F/F1 or above to G/G1, H/H1, I/I1, and J/J1.
