The Professional Growth System (PGS) was implemented within the Clark County School District (CCSD) in 2016 for licensed personnel to engage in approved activities to accrue Contact Units (CUs) for salary advancement.
This guide provides the established CU values and parameters for professional development activities that educators/licensed professionals may use as part of their PGP. Most professional development activities require a Contact Unit Verification Form (CCF-PGS2).
