My impression these days of those types of programs are that they are just snake oil -- Windows itself does a reasonable job and provided you always take backups / images of your system you shouldn't have any problems ...
5 paź 2022 · Piriform eliminating the Free areas may be a sign of these inflationary times, they need to cover costs. First thing I do is block CCleaner's updates. And yes, it will definitely update itself, if you don't block them. CCleaner has eliminated many previous areas of the free version, especially removal of trackers.

It does have an option in Options > Settings to perform a secure delete, but that is not selected by default. Just check that it's turned off and that 'normal deletion' is selected before you run the clean up.

They might work with the device, but some features will be lost, I actually lost my sound, after installing a compatible driver. 2. MS has those drivers, but they follow the motto: Do not fix it, if it is not broken.
19 lip 2019 · The free version of CCleaner is great,but compared with the paid version, I prefer Safewiper, because in a way, it's faster and cheaper. Followed your link, and all I got, or could find, was Apple i-anything apps.

29 paź 2022 · I am looking for a free software to clean my Windows 10 PC. It can be similar to Ccleaner but free. One I saw is called Wise Cleaner. I am not sure how good this is although I have used it on my Windows 7 PC. I am sure there are others out there. I am hoping I will get some recommendations here. Thank you!
