SUMMARY: Manage the overall daily operations of Sunrise Ranch ranching operation, which is based in Holistic Management per the Savory Institute and practices of Joel Salatin. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the cow/calf 100% grassfed operation, including the breeding and raising of stock.
Oversee the breeding and raising of livestock such as cattle, horses, sheep, and goats. Manage and supervise ranch employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling. Plan and implement ranch operations including grazing, breeding, and harvest schedules.
