14 sty 2024 · Cast Time: Instant Requires Level 10 Grants Elusive and a buff that grants Phasing. While you have this buff, monsters that enter an area around you will be Withered. Using a skill or losing the Elusive buff ends this skill's effects. Shares a cooldown with other Blink skills.
Having 2 seconds of physical immunity isn't particular useful in most cases, especially when it's triggered constantly by non-physical damage, so I tend to level CwDT up to at least 10. Hook up Increased Duration and a quality Immortal Call and you have a decent span of physical immunity.

I setup my boot like above with the idea that when I take damage it will automatically trigger molten shell and enduring cry to help me survive (I'm constantly getting decimated by t4 rare map bosses), but I never saw it automatically trigger and in fact I can manually cast the 2 spells.
On a strict damage-in-per-damage-out basis, Cast when Damage Taken roughly triples in power between level 1 and level 20, depending on the skill used. Any flat added damage will affect this ratio—the more damage added, the less effective it is to level up the Cast when Damage Taken gem.
Current meta is to level CWDT level 1 and level 10 molten shell. That is so it procs often and you get the buff as you are being hit but don't just burn it constantly if you put on left click.
