Until you have a divergent cast when damage taken, you will not be able to run lvl 21 summon skeletons and have to use a lower lvl CWDT for 2100 damage per loop, but with leadership's price / righteous fire, this build will still have really good damage / clear.
26 paź 2013 · Level 1 Cast when Damage Taken triggers at 440 damage. That 440 damage figure got me curious. Looking at Death Oath , the 450 Chaos damage and some self healing ability attached to Cast on Damage Taken.

On a strict damage-in-per-damage-out basis, Cast when Damage Taken roughly triples in power between level 1 and level 20, depending on the skill used. Any flat added damage will affect this ratio—the more damage added, the less effective it is to level up the Cast when Damage Taken gem.
