Cast When Damage Taken - All known interactions? Question. Just discovered this gem, and it's been a life saver with Immortal Call and Increased duration support. But I wanted to know how much should I level each gem?
Cast When Damage Taken can only support skills that have equal or less level requirement, so your Level 2 CwDT should support linked skills that have a level requirement of up to 40, which is a Level 4 Immortal Call gem.
