The first edition of this book was compiled and released for the fall semester of 2018, and the book was used again during the spring 2019 semester. With a brief supplement (and no significant revisions), the book was republished for 2019-2020. This edition is substantially revised and is being released for use during the 2020-2021 year and beyond.
