3 cze 2013 · You really should call Carphone Warehouse and confirm what you've done. You would still have a cooling off period to cancel whatever you agreed to if you're unsure. Never give your name, dob, and address to anyone who calls you, no matter how official they sound.
26 lis 2021 · Has anyone else in the last couple of days received a call from Carphone Warehouse? They are offering O2 customers an iPhone 13 pro max with unlimited data and calls for £30 a month. They claim to have been given your number by O2 to offer you this deal. If you sign up all you have to do is when you have received the new phone.
6 paź 2015 · I've been in touch with Carphone Warehouse with regards to upgrading, but they're telling me that their systems are saying that my details don't match with. I've been through my O2 account and given identical details to CW. I received my last bill of this contract yesterday, and the contract ends at the start of next month.

I have found mobilephonesdirect to be excellent, offering good phone deals on O2 tariffs as upgrades, and with a reliable cashback process - my last upgrade, Jan-2019, all was done for me and phone and sim was with me next day, already set up with my number etc- so no O2 call for sim swap 👍
29 cze 2010 · Carphone Warehouse were one of there service providers, but stopped signing up new customers a few years ago. So if you go there now, you will be signed up directly with O2. The only difference would be that Carphone Warehouse would be responsible for supporting the handset.
That was one of Charles Dunstone's, the founder of Carphone Warehouse, 5 fundamental rules and I think the best of them. You can Google the others if you are interested. Now as a motto for life or business in general, it doesn't really cut it, but in the retail environment it is bang on.

7 mar 2016 · If you were trying to buy a phone through Carphone Warehouse you need to go through them. If you didn't pass the credit check with them, there's a very good chance you wouldn't if you tried to buy through the O2 site or store either.
