30 wrz 2019 · Jersey Family Fun has compiled a schedule of where and when you can have your child’s car seat inspected in New Jersey at NO CHARGE with NO APPOINTMENT. Many other locations may be available by appointment.
Car Seat Inspections. Northern NJ Safe Kids/Safe Communities provides free car seat inspections by certified car seat technicians at all our car seat inspection stations. Parents and caregivers are highly encouraged to take an active role in the inspection of the car seat.
The New Jersey Division of Highway Traffic Safety (NJDHTS) schedules voluntary child seat checkpoints throughout New Jersey. At these checkpoints, certified child passenger safety technicians will examine the child seat and ensure that it is installed correctly.
