Yea we can see them in a software called CAPRI. When you file a claim online. It will ask you what VAMC you used and when. That is how they will know specifically where your records are. You should NOT upload the records yourself.
12 mar 2015 · If a C&P exam notes that CAPRI, VBMS, and CPRS were reviewed in order to form a medical opinion, does that constitute everything that would be in the C-File (SMRs, Civilian Medical Records submitted as part of the claim, VA Health Records, etc.)?
