There is a way to get OBSE to launch properly from what I found. Find launcher_settings.cfg (in the content folder) and open it with notepad. Then you just change the Binary Path line to BinaryPath=obse_loader.exe
6 wrz 2023 · After following the third video of the "Get Started" section in Vortex, i downloaded the Oblivion Script Extender (OBSE) but when i try to start the game through vortex, it says, that OBSE isn't running in the same folder as oblivion.exe, but as my screenshot "Oblivion_Location" shows (and i am reading it right), it actually is.
1 sie 2010 · If you have installed the Shivering Isles beta patch (1.2.0.410), don't worry - download and follow the instructions in the autopatcher and it will walk you through getting the original Oblivion.exe off of your DVD.
13 mar 2019 · Go into your steam library, right click oblivion and go to properties. Then Verify Integrity of Files. It should re-install it. If not, re-install Oblivion all together
3 cze 2017 · For some reason whenever I try to run OBSE, it tells me I have an unknown version of oblivion. anyone know why or how I can fix this? Edit: I solved it. I downloaded the gog launcher and it wouldnt work, and then I realized it's because the unnoficial patch didn't install but all the other mods did, so it was causing it to crash.
