You can clear the Origin Cache by following the steps below: Completely log out and close down Origin. Hold down the Windows key and R. Type in "%ProgramData%" (without quotes) and click OK. Now open the Origin folder.

Hi, i was following a tutorial on youtube on how to use reshade on the sims 4. the tutorial included that you needed to find your Origin Games file to add it to the game. but it was not there when i was looking for it, is there anything i can do to fix this?
It may be installed on a different drive or in Program Files (without the x86), but that should be enough for you to find it. Alternatively you could just search your computer for Origin. In Windows 7 (not sure about other versions of Windows) you can do this from the search box in the start menu.

So, I've been unable to play any of my origin games since the switch was made for the EA app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled all of them (some several times) to no avail. They just pop up that little launching game window and loads unto eternity, not even giving me the dignity of an error message.
