There was no exclamation mark reported in my device manager on iPhone and "Update driver" did nothing. I figured it out that Windows must have iTunes installed to get USB tethering to work.
19 paź 2020 · The connection wizard rendered "Can't connect to this network". When I changed the "Name" of my iPhone to a unique name, then Windows allowed the connection. Problem solved.
