26 lip 2024 · The Discovery Pass is a pass that provides free entry to all National Parks/Reserves, Marine Conservation Areas and Parks Canada-run National Historic Sites. A Discovery Pass can pay for itself in as little as seven days of national park visitation (compared to daily admission fees).

The following definitions apply to entry and service fee categories unless otherwise specified. Adult - Person 18 to 64 years of age. Senior - Person 65 years of age or over. Youth - Person 6 to 17 years of age. Family/Group - Up to seven people arriving in a single vehicle in a national park.

In general, there is going to be a set fee for a daily pass into the national park and it’s going to be a cost that’s listed in advance. There can be variations in these fees based on a person’s age.
* The entrance fee to a Parks Canada national park is around CAD$10 per person. An annual pass for 2 (or more) adults will therefore pay for itself in as little as 7 days (even without spending the night in the park).
