A concealed handgun license is NOT valid while on duty as Unarmed Security, meaning it is a FELONY CHARGE if caught. Batons, mace, etc. are fine, but carrying a firearm (even licensed for concealed carry) when working as Unarmed Security will cost no less than a full year in prison.
Items that are unregulated by BSIS (knives taser, handcuffs) you should have no legal trouble if you carry them. Items that are regulated by BSIS like pepper spray, batons and firearms will get you in trouble legally if you carry them on duty with out the proper permits.
As long as you have a legal concealed carry license and understand that you are carrying as a civilian, you are fine. The law applies to carrying the same as any normal person, don’t get power hungry and think you can wave your gun around and tell someone to get off the property.
