So I've seen stories on here where people travel abroad and can't use their capital one cards because the Cap1 asks them to confirm the purchase by sending a text to their US number, which they don't have access to in a foreign country.
If you're living overseas you should be pretty used to having mail sent to your US address sent on to you overseas. Just make sure you have a at least one backup card (i.e. your CSP), and maybe don't keep all cards in your wallet assuming one can be safely left at home (maybe freeze the card if you're not actively using it).
