There is no practical time limit on Steam offline mode. You can prove this easily by exiting Steam, disconnecting from the internet, setting your system clock forward 10 years, and reopening Steam--if you saved your password, it'll offer to launch in offline mode, and everything will still work.
30 kwi 2017 · I know how to activate the Offline Mode in Steam, but is it possible to play only a specific game offline? For example: I like to play Street Fighter online, but I do not want to play Dark Souls online (because getting invaded all the time kind of annoys me).
Offline Mode allows you to play games through Steam without having an active connection to the Steam Network. This feature is useful when you have limited or no internet access. Any Steam client feature that requires a connection will be unavailable while offline.
4 lip 2020 · All you have to do is visit where you install Steam folder, move "steamapps" folder outside of Steam folder, uninsteall Steam, ensure the Steam folder is gone, if not delete it. reinstall Steam, place back your "steamapps" folder, login to Steam, and try out the offline mode to see if issue is resolved.
You can restart it in offline mode using the previous method however, you can opt-in to Offline mode if your internet connection is down. Likewise, you can turn WiFi off to force Steam to launch in offline mode.

20 cze 2017 · As soon as I can no longer connect to the steam servers (aka going offline), all of my steam games are no longer playable as Steam says I have no licence to play these games; this even happens on free games and other software from steam. Can anyone help?
