24 cze 2015 · To fix this problem: Go To - Settings>System>Display. Turn Off "Adjust My Screen Brightness Automatically" Setting. I hope this helps. If anyone is having problems with Windows 10 bootcamp, I would strongly recommend installing the most up-to-date bootcamp drivers.
27 sty 2014 · So I can't find the screen brightness slider or any brightness adjustment option in my power plan options. All I can do is determine when to put the laptop to sleep and when to turn off the display.
Depending on the model of your external display, you may be able to set the brightness level and turn automatic brightness adjustment on or off. If you have an Apple Pro Display XDR, you also see the Presets pop-up menu, which you can use to choose a reference mode.
18 cze 2019 · On my MacBook Pro 2012, I can't change the screen brightness. When I click on the brightness keyboard controls, nothing happens. Under System Preferences → Displays, the Brightness slider is missing:
Just to provide an update on the situation, there is no "display" tab on Boot Camp Control Panel in this version. I've tried several suggestions discovered in various forum threads, but to no avail: Installing Apple Hal Driver from much newer Boot Camp install package intended for a newer model.
When I push the F6 and F7 button - the ones to adjust brightness - the "window with the bar" opens but the brightness level only changes from a one up or down on the bar, and it doesn't even change the actual brightness of the screen.
