I’ve been firmly in the camp of running 2x on road, but I’m considering going 1x for my next road build. I think Ekar 1x13 goes a long way towards solving the biggest issue I’ve had with 1x, now offering range and ratios that both seem acceptable to me. This bike will be used primarily for ultra endurance rides, 24 hours and longer.
