I just bought mine and whenever I try to transfer the photos to my mac, the camp snap folder is not showing up. The counter on the back changes but the camera does not show "- - -" . Does anyone knew any solutions for this? thank you

This is how 👇🏼 1. Use the data cable to connect the camera to a computer 2. Power on the camera 3. Open the file manager/finder on your computer and navigate the “CAMPSNAP” folder 4. Copy or view the files as desired 5. Once all of the photos have been copied over, you can delete the files from the camera!
If the cable doesn’t work you can take the micro SD out and use an external reader with your computer.
