22 lip 2020 · Very clean, well kept park. Close to the interstellar and major roads, close to stores and restaurants, but far enough to not hear any of it. Sites are almost all full hook ups, with cable TV, camp store, boat ramp, and a community grill and community fire ring for groups.
Outages can and do occur. In the event of an outage, every attempt will be made to restore internet service as quickly as possible. Do not damage trees in any way. No lines stretched between trees or across campsites. Anyone not abiding by the campground regulations will be asked to leave with no refund.
Nice Campground halfway across Illinois on I-70 in Effingham. Easy on and off from freeway, close to a Walmart. Excellent level sites with outstanding views of lake.
