Kara no Kyoukai and the Heaven's Feel movie series immediately come to mind in terms of cinematography. Jujutsu Kaisen also has some slick screens. I agree with Evangelion, Monogatari (and other Shaft series like Madoka and 3Gatsu no Lion), Kara no Kyoukai, and Satoshi Kon movies like Perfect Blue.

Check out the final fight of Birdy the Mighty: Decode season 2 for some excellent camera work in fight choreography. Not anime, but the final battle in season 3 of Legend of Korra uses similar perspective and tracking shots for the fast moving battle.

camera work like a live-action movie. This is actually relatively common in 3D CGI anime, and 3D CGI idol sequences, where they tend to take full advantage of the ability to move the camera freely to full effect.
This is not something reserved for feature films that are shot with a film camera. Ghibli’s biggest films include Spirited Away, Howl’s Moving Castle, My Neighbor Totoro, and Ponyo, and these are all excellent examples of how impactful visuals and cinematography can be in anime. Summary
