An isolated house with only 1 way in and out, making it popular stronghold among players because its resource efficent and zombie safe (ish) while being close to the main part of the map. Contains VHS casettes to help raise skills and fight boredom.
If my map knowledge is correct, you should be able to fit in “The Sims Zomboid” and “Pitstop”. You may also be able to add “Rosewood Expansion” if it doesn’t conflict with Blackpoint. Rosewood VHS and Gun store, Rosewood Mansion are also great additions for this town.
