17 kwi 2020 · I am looking at my first 6th Gen and, coming from a 5th Gen SS, was wondering how everyone has fared long-term with the V6 LGX? Are there any major, common issues with these engines anyone has experienced? Also, does anyone know if M6s are equipped with AFM? Thanks!
So far in 92k miles, the only problems I've had with mine are the notorious 8-speed shudder, notorious dual-exhaust valve rattle (not really a problem), 1 wiper juice pump failed, and my side markers just refuse to not burn out.
