27 kwi 2022 · E-Class (W211) - 2008 E350 PZEV fuel tank warranty - Hi All, So my E350 which is a PZEV model has the infamous fuel tank leak (puddle of fuel) on top of the sender unit after filling up. I know my car has the 15 year/150k mile warranty on all PZEV components.
6 sie 2020 · Found a beautiful mint condish e350 that needs a gas tank. Sound like it’s a plastic that that Is prone to leaks and was in a warranty. This car has too many miles for a replacement. Has anyone changed a tank on their own? Sounds like it’s almost a $4k job at a shop.

Both the fuel delivery module and the fuel tank sender unit can be replaced individually or in pairs by the corresponding Motorservice components. This results in 4 different installation positions.
