“Property” means real property. “Purchase agreement” or “purchase contract” means a contract for the sale of real property. For purposes of these rules, purchase agreement includes agreements to lease. “Rules” means these rules and regulations of the service.
When offering for sale, lease, exchange, or rental, property which the licensee owns or has an interest in, the licensee shall fully inform the principal broker of the licensee's intention to sell, lease, exchange, or rent, and of the licensee's interest in the property.
