If you have an issue with an eBay buyer, the best first step is to get in touch with them directly and try to work things out. You can contact your buyer by scrolling to the bottom of this page and selecting Contact the buyer. Visit the Customer Support section and click the "Call us" button (telephone logo). You will be presented with the telephone number, 866-540-3229 and a passcode which has an expiration time.
We have a simple three-step eBay Buyer Protection process to assist you in case something goes wrong with a transaction. You can go to the Resolution Center and contact the seller. Most sellers will quickly help you, but if you are not happy after a few days you can easily refer the case to eBay.
