Just found a fix for slow downloads from microsoft store! Delivery Optimization - > Advanced Options -> Put download limits to 100%. You have to enable the limiter, that is the key.

23 kwi 2023 · I have an Ethernet connection with about a 78 Mbps download, however, the gamepass app will only download games at speeds of less than 1Mbps, often in Kbps speeds. Steam and Epic games download speeds are fine, just the xbox pc app.
