In the Force Gunner patch[1], Level 1 skill of Battle Mode 3 (a.k.a. BM3) is automatically added in your character once you complete the BSLV UP Special Training, 3 at Level 130. You have to craft the Level 2 and Level 3 BM3 skill books via Request Crafting.
