Cabal's method of aquiring skills works by raising your Skill Rank. You increase your rank automatically by fighting monsters. See the skilling guide for more details. There are 10 skill Ranks: Novice (Starting Skill Level) Apprentice (Level 10) Regular (Level 30) Expert (Level 40) A. Expert (Level 50) Master (Level 60) A. Master (Level 70)
You use skill points to equip skills and level them. To equip a skill requires a Skill Rank, Skill points and a free slot in the skill window. Leveling skills changes the amount of damage, casting time and cooldown time and requires skill points.

Best guide to allocate your skills is to look at both the highest tier gear you can find on market that is above +15 for example a +15 palladium armor and weapon that is for your class and take a mental note of the stat or write it down and just work off of that.

Good for PVE (2nd Best in my opinion) CONS. Low magic attack. Requires end game items, high runes, and high merit to be strong in PVP/Mission War. Worst class in 1v1 PVP battle.
